This section contains material concerning interagency cooperation.   There are many issues involving the cooperation and operation of cross agency work, from communications to jurisdictions. The Federal Interagency Communications Center (FICC) was established in May 1985 following a reciprocal agreement between the US Forest Service (USFS), The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), National Park Service (NPS), And Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) to consolidate dispatching services for several Federal Agencies, click on the Image to go to that site.
